Alexander came to my photography studio for his newborn photoshoot and he rocked it.
Usually, newborn photographers prefer to have your baby in for their photoshoot within a few days of them being born. When babies are only a few days old, they sleep more soundly through their session, and they're more comfortable curling into these cute poses. It also lets us get all those cute newborn detail photographs while your baby is still an actual newborn!
With that being said, newborn photoshoots are typically scheduled for when your baby is between 5-21 days old; but Alexander was an exception. He was born about a month early and needed to stay in the hospital for a little extra care, so when he came to the photo studio, he was closer to 3 months old!
Luckily, he was super content and fell asleep pretty quickly after being wrapped up for a few photos with his big brother.
After the sibling photos I moved on to photos of Alexander by himself.

To wrap up his session I unwrapped him and took some photos of him in some other poses, which worked beautifully with how sleepy he was.
